9. Day

Hello hello…

Sorry for not writing. Today is the day when I said I will run but I will postpone it for tomorrow 🙂 today is chilling. The week was tiring. Yesterday we went out a little in the evening. But only for 2 hours.

About the running. What I read today that if you have any joint problem try to make your body stronger. You  can even take joint-care suppliments as a glucosamine, chondroitin sulphate and cod liver oil.
